Rev. Dariusz Oko - Biography

Reverend Dariusz Oko, born in 1960 in Auschwitz, priest of the Archdiocese of Cracow, Poland, holds two doctorate degrees, in philosophy and theology. Currently, Rev. Oko works as a director of the Philosophy Department at the John Paul II Papal University in Cracow.

Throughout 33 years of priesthood, Rev. Oko has been involved not only in research and academic work, but also in pastoral work, serving as a priest in parishes in Poland and abroad, as well serving in different ministries, including student ministry for over 16 years and serving as a chaplain for medical doctors in Cracow Diocese.

His work and priestly ministry took him to more than 60 countries of all continents, including Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Canada and United States, where he gave more than 250 lectures.

In January 2014, Rev. Oko gave a lecture at the Polish Parliament and in June of this year was invited to speak at the Ukrainian Parliament.

Rev. Oko appears frequently in media and is known for his critique of gender ideology, homoheresy and islam.

Rev. Oko is an author of several books and many articles  translated into different languages.
